Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Customer Marketing team. You will design and optimize self-service lifecycle programs, coordinate in-app and email communications, and drive onboarding, adoption and retention for our customers.

You’ll partner with Product, Customer Success, Marketing Ops and others, lead initiatives with AI, analyze program performance, and iterate to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Education, or Product Marketing.
• 3+ years creating or supporting B2B product adoption or education programs.
• Proven cross-functional project delivery with customer-facing outputs.
• Experience delivering standalone and evergreen campaigns driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for self-service lifecycle programs and optimize execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to launch communications and improve product adoption.
• Oversee project management for self-service email and in-app lifecycles.
• Lead with AI to adopt new technology and transform team output.
• Analyze performance and share insights with stakeholders for optimization.
• Build relationships with Product, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand Creative and Marketing Operations.
