Job summary

People Inc. seeks a Content Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing to support retention for MyRecipes. You will write copy for lifecycle touchpoints and shape content strategy for newsletters, push, and in-app notifications.

You will execute email and in-app campaigns, collaborate across teams, and help nurture users toward memberships, while delivering engaging experiences across the user journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or email marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to adapt to brand voice.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage deadlines and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, action-oriented copy for lifecycle campaigns—including onboarding flows, win-back emails, and acquisition campaigns.
• Own the content strategy of our recipe newsletter with data-driven insights and a pulse on what’s trending in the food space.
• Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and paid subscription marketing as defined by the Director.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows to keep projects organized and on track.
• Handle campaign QA, testing, scheduling, and approvals to ensure flawless execution.
• Support and execute A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging across lifecycle touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance and user behavior to optimize lifecycle programs and LTV.
