Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Training Specialist in Life Sciences to support onboarding, SOPs, and compliance within a highly regulated, client-focused setting. You will help drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across the Life Sciences COE.

The role emphasizes training design, documentation, and performance improvement, with a flexible remote arrangement in the US time zones and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building onboarding and training programs in regulated environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, job aids, process flows, and training resources.
• Partner with operations and account teams to identify training gaps and improve performance.
• Monitor data quality, SLA/KPI performance, and compliance trends; translate insights into training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and SOP creation to enable client implementations.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement within Life Sciences COE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with compliance needs.
• Track training effectiveness and adjust programs based on metrics.
• Lead/assist in training delivery and documentation for regulated environments.
