BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Meeting Coordinator to support Life Sciences programs in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to bring educational programs to life from planning through execution, ensuring compliance at every step.

This virtual role operates in the Central/Eastern time zones and involves coordinating logistics, maintaining data integrity, and delivering high-touch service to clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings/events from kickoff to execution.
• Ability to ensure compliance and accurate data across systems and reports.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams to move programs forward.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics from kickoff to execution, including registration, travel, venue support, speaker communication, and materials.
• Maintain clean, accurate data across project management systems and reports.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to answer questions and keep programs moving forward.
• Deliver high-touch service and clear communication while juggling multiple priorities.
