Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Analyst, Compliance to support the Life Sciences operations from a remote US base. You will help ensure regulatory alignment, oversee CMMS and work orders, and assist with audits and training across the team.

The role requires at least 3 years in compliance or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with GMP/FDA standards. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and the position offers full-time remote work with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in compliance/risk/audit/facilities or project management within corporate environments.
• Experience with CMMS and work order management in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with FDA/GMP/pharma/biotech requirements is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer AAE work order management processes to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy and integrity in client systems.
• Support internal and external compliance audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with operations and client stakeholders to embed compliance in maintenance work.
• Assist in compliance training sessions for Life Sciences requirements.
