SimpleTrials is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its growing Business Development team. This fully remote role focuses on driving new customer acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with life sciences organizations seeking modern CTMS/eTMF solutions.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders through complex purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales in SaaS or tech.
• Proven full sales cycle experience from prospecting to closing.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and build pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, and academia.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
