Job summary

Conselium Compliance Search is seeking a seasoned healthcare compliance professional to join our client-facing team. You will work with compliance leaders across biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical sectors to strengthen programs and controls.

You will analyze policies, draft internal controls, and lead training and monitoring activities while mentoring junior staff. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to travel 10-15% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Healthcare compliance experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring others and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Help build, enhance, and manage healthcare compliance programs for life sciences clients.
• Contribute to client engagements and internal operations with subject-matter expertise.
• Analyze policies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Draft and revise internal controls to strengthen compliance operations.
• Support risk assessments and develop compliance training.
• Conduct live/transactional monitoring of client processes.
• Lead audit-readiness initiatives and prepare senior management reports.
• Develop project plans and manage cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate and improve business processes for efficiency.
