Job summary

Life Sciences Compliance Consulting Firm in the United States seeks a Compliance Manager to lead and advance healthcare compliance programs. The role operates remotely with travel to client sites, providing mentorship and guidance to teams across multiple life sciences clients.

You will engage with client executives, contribute to risk assessments, and drive policy enhancements while delivering targeted training and reporting. A master’s degree or JD is preferred; 10–15% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (Master’s or JD).
• Healthcare compliance experience in pharma, biotech or medical devices.
• Knowledge of HHS-OIG Guidance, DOJ guidance, PhRMA/AdvaMed codes.
• Understanding of AKS, FCA, FDA promotional regs and international codes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Ability to work from home and travel 10–15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Report to Directors and Partners; help build, enhance and manage healthcare compliance programs.
• Contribute across client engagements and internal operations with subject-matter expertise.
• Analyze policies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Draft and refine internal controls to strengthen compliance operations.
• Support enterprise and healthcare compliance risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver compliance training.
• Conduct live and transactional monitoring of client processes.
• Lead audit-readiness initiatives and mock interviews.
• Interview for compliance processes.
• Draft senior-level management reports across formats.
• Develop project plans and manage cross-functional teams.
• Improve business processes for efficiency.
• Analyze and improve process controls supporting compliance objectives.
