Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or inside sales, ideally within life sciences or biopharmaceuticals.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration required.
• Experience in proactive lead qualification and pipeline management across multiple accounts.
• Ability to create personalized outreach that effectively engages stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business tools, with a focus on data integrity and tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical content for varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel domestically approximately 15% for events and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads across North America for the business development team
