Job summary

Novogene America is seeking an experienced Account Manager to ensure sales target achievement within the territory. This role involves managing assigned accounts and developing sales plans to drive growth.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in life sciences and have strong knowledge of sequencing and genomics. A proven track record in life science sales is preferred. The position requires living in Central New Jersey and entails remote work with travel 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of sequencing/next-generation sequencing and genomics required.
• 2+ years of life science sales experience utilizing genomics-related technologies preferred.
• Proven track record of success generating new customer leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the territory and specific accounts.
• Manage existing accounts and expand the customer base in the territory.
• Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM database.
