Job summary

Novogene America is seeking an Account Manager based in Seattle, WA to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales plans and managing customer accounts, requiring a strong background in life sciences, particularly in genomics. This remote position includes travel 2-3 days per week.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, excellent communication skills, and experience in life science sales. Compensation includes a base salary of $75K to $100K plus performance-based incentives and benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of life science sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of generating new customer leads and driving business growth.
• Must live in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and expand the customer base.
• Participate in sales activities and events.
• Maintain CRM database with up-to-date information.
• Perform additional duties related to sales and territory management.
