Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Account Manager Life Science Research to drive growth in the microscopy business across Dresden, Leipzig, Jena and Magdeburg. You will manage existing accounts, win new business, and coordinate with our team to engage customers at the right time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, or related field preferred).
• Strong sales experience in microscopy, spatial biology and/or proteomics preferred.
• Operational sales capabilities with strategic mindset and execution.
• Excellent communication and business acumen; targets-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and grow our microscopy business across the defined geographic region.
• Coordinate with Advanced Workflow Specialists, Product Sales Specialists and Channel Partners.
• Develop strategies to win new business through account planning and networking.
• Provide regular weekly reporting on the sales funnel and metrics.
