Responsibilities

• Handle customer contacts from agents, policyowners, and employers regarding in-force policies and policy administration.
• Prepare, deliver and process policy changes, illustrations, withdrawals and surrenders.
• Collaborate with teams to improve the customer experience and resolve complex inquiries.
