• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assist with determining eligibility
• Schedule and conduct appointments with clients
• Handle incoming client and customer service inquiries

• Assist clients with coverage requests while keeping their individual needs and interests in mind
• Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain available coverage options
• Maintain accurate client information and enrollment documentation
• Participate in ongoing training with management to stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures
