Job summary

Crump, in partnership with its Financial Institutions channel, seeks an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss needs with clients and sell life insurance and annuities. The role is fully remote, with a focus on driving sales and guiding clients through underwriting processes.

The ideal candidate has proven life insurance sales experience, licenses, and strong communication skills to serve advisors and clients across the network. This is a remote position supporting nationwide accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience in the field with clients and/or 3+ years inside sales helping agents sell life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to identify gaps and opportunities and propose life, LTC, and disability coverage.
• Manage daily activities and drive sales activity and pending business.
• Handle incoming calls from referrals and pre-set client calls with Advisors.
• Complete insurance applications and guide cases through underwriting.
• Explain products, differences, and advantages to clients and Advisors.
• Carry activity through to product purchase and enrollment.
• Explain estate and business planning concepts and how coverage fits.
