Job summary

Crump is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist to discuss needs with clients and sell life insurance and annuities through Crump’s Financial Institutions channel. Position is fully remote.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, 2+ years direct life/ LTC/ disability insurance selling experience, and Active Life and Health licenses with FINRA (Series 6 & 63) are required. Strong sales and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must possess FINRA registrations (Series 6 and 63).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to identify needs and goals and describe insurance solutions.
• Drive sales activity and manage pending business.
• Handle referrals and schedule client/advisor calls.
• Complete applications and guide cases through underwriting.
• Explain product differences and benefits to clients and advisors.
• Achieve established sales quotas in the insurance industry.
