You will work with exclusive carrier options, maintain CRM activity, log calls, and collaborate with mentors to sharpen your pitch. A state license is required or a plan to obtain it, with ongoing mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone, inside sales, telesales or call center.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics, not quick transactions.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation.
• Open with questions instead of a pitch, so the family talks more.
• Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment.
• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens.
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time.
