The Wood Agency Life is a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You’ll help families who requested information understand options and apply, with licensing guidance if needed.

You’ll return calls, listen first, present options clearly, complete applications together, and log notes in the CRM. Training, mentorship, and access to multiple carriers help you match coverage to families while staying compliant.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-center work where listening came first.
• Patient explaining unfamiliar details more than once without sounding rehearsed.
• Comfortable guiding someone from questions to a decision.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• A computer, a phone, and reliable internet.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Return calls from people who have already asked about life insurance.
• Listen first: learn the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Explain options in plain language, then complete the application together.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM so no follow-up slips.
• Check in with each client while the carrier reviews their application.
• Keep learning products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
