You will help families who requested information understand their options and complete applications, then support them through underwriting with ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn a regulated product
• Good with people, honest when the answer is 'it depends'
• Able to work independently from home without daily check-ins
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state
• A computer, a phone, and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training
