The Wood Agency Life is seeking motivated individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. Career changers are welcome as you help families understand options and guide them through licensing first.

You’ll speak with information-seeking clients, assess their goals, present suitable options, and support them from application through underwriting. Training, mentorship, and access to exclusive carriers are provided.

Qualifications

• Good with people and honest when the answer is "it depends".
• Able to manage your own time at home without daily check-ins.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; licensing timelines vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training
