Ideal candidates are great with people, dependable, and capable of managing their own schedule from home. Training and mentorship are provided, with access to exclusive carrier options.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
