The Wood Agency Life in the United States is seeking self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. No prior insurance experience is required; you will guide families through information, options, and the licensing process before selling.

You will speak with people who requested information, assess goals, present suitable options, complete applications, and support clients through underwriting while maintaining notes in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; you must obtain a state life license before soliciting.
• Able to manage your own time from home with minimal daily check-ins.
• Willing to complete state licensing; timelines vary by state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and honesty when answers are nuanced.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about household goals and concerns before presenting options.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
