You will log daily activity, pursue production goals, receive training from scratch, and mentor support as you build momentum, with compensation driven by performance in a fully remote role that can fit across the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone daily.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health insurance license or hold one.
• U.S.-based location (remote role with occasional in-person touchpoints in San Angelo, TX).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Help clients select from 60+ carrier options.
• Log activity daily and track progress against targets.
• Handle inbound or warm outbound leads via phone and Zoom.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and mentorship.
