Qualifications

• Must have U.S.-based location; remote role with occasional in-person touchpoints in the Roanoke area
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health insurance license
• Pass a background check
• Comfort talking with people on the phone daily

Responsibilities

• Talk with inbound and warm outbound leads to help families choose from 60+ carrier options.
• Log daily activity and track progress toward production goals with a mentor.
• Participate in training and ongoing coaching to build momentum
