This entry-level-friendly role focuses on speaking with leads, assessing needs, and pairing families with suitable life insurance plans. We provide training from ground up and ongoing mentorship, with structured onboarding designed for people new to the industry.

You'll log in to the system, work a queue of leads, and conduct 5–15 conversations weekly depending on the day. Earning potential is uncapped with daily/weekly pay.

Formación

• Must be coachable and able to apply feedback.
• Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day.
• Consistent — shows up and works the queue even on slow days.
