Job summary

Meron Financial Agency is seeking agents to help families find life insurance that fits their budget via phone and Zoom. You will work with inbound or warm leads and log your activity daily to track progress against targets.

We provide comprehensive training, a mentor, and ongoing coaching. This is a remote role with occasional in-person touchpoints in the Norfolk area; success is driven by you and the performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Zero prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Mentor and ongoing coaching support available.
• Must be US-based; remote role with occasional in-person meetings near Norfolk.
• Must pass a background check and obtain Life & Health license or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound and warm leads over phone/Zoom to select policies.
• Discuss budget and needs to recommend options from 60+ carriers.
• Log daily activity and track progress toward production goals.
• Engage in the training path and leadership opportunities.
