Meron Financial Agency is hiring for a remote life insurance sales role. You'll guide inbound and warm outbound leads to select the right policy from our 60+ carrier network, all over phone and Zoom. You will log activity daily and chase production targets with a mentor.

We train from scratch, provide leads, and offer a clear path toward leadership. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and daily/weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• U.S.-based location; remote role with Sioux Falls area as in-person touchpoints a plus.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and warm outbound leads via phone and Zoom.
• Guide clients to select from 60+ carrier options.
• Log activity daily and track progress against production goals with a mentor.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training.
