Meron Financial Agency is seeking a life insurance sales specialist in the United States. You will engage with inbound inquiries and warm leads, guiding families through coverage options from 60+ carriers to fit their budget.

This commission-only role offers uncapped upside, comprehensive onboarding, ongoing coaching, and daily activity tracking to meet ambitious production goals, all from a remote, nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident on the phone
• Coachable and able to follow a proven script and training system
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a standard background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and warm outbound leads, guiding families through life and health options
• Explain coverage across 60+ carrier partners and tailor recommendations to fit budgets
• Track daily activity and maintain production goals; some conversations close same day, others require follow-up
• Collaborate with a remote team and participate in ongoing coaching and training
