Job summary

Meron Financial Agency is hiring a remote life and health insurance sales agent in the United States. You will work with inbound and warm outbound leads via phone and Zoom, helping families find the right policy from our 60+ carriers.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide training, a mentor, and licensing support to help you start quickly. Compensation is commission-based with daily or weekly payouts and a clear path to leadership as you reach production goals.

Qualifications

• Training covers product fundamentals and how to conduct client conversations.
• You'll work with inbound or warm outbound leads via phone/Zoom.
• Based in the U.S. and authorized for remote work; occasional in-person touchpoints in Asheville area a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Life & Health license or willingness to start license process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting policies from our 60+ carrier network.
• Log activity daily and track progress toward production goals with a mentor.
• Communicate clearly and build trust with families over calls and video meetings.
