Job summary

Integrityfex is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospects about life insurance, assess needs, and guide applications. This remote, performance-based contractor role offers flexible scheduling, onboarding, and mentorship within a supportive team. You will manage client conversations by phone or video and collaborate with leading carriers.

Ideal candidates are driven, organized, and comfortable working independently with CRM and training resources to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time management.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
