Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking a 100% remote independent-contractor to sell life insurance by phone or video to families who have requested information. You set your own schedule while meeting with clients, explaining options in plain terms, and guiding the application through underwriting.

You will receive licensing support, access to 43 carriers, exclusive leads, and mentorship from agency leaders. Training, weekly calls, and scripts are available to assist you as you grow your independent

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
• Ability to explain complicated ideas clearly to families.
• Willing to obtain or hold a state life insurance license before selling.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet by phone or video with prospects who asked about life insurance.
• Listen to families, understand goals and worries, explain options plainly.
• Complete applications with families and guide underwriting process.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM, stay trained on product changes.
• Participate in ongoing calls, reviews, and scripts with the team.
