Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Corebridge Direct team. This role provides customers with term and permanent life insurance information over the phone, with no cold calls, and guides them to suitable products nationwide.

Agents are remote, follow Pacific Time hours, and can earn from base pay, guaranteed bonuses, and commissions. A 2+ year sales track record, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a Life and Health license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with the right life insurance products across the United States.
• Handle customer inquiries and quotes by phone with no cold calling.
• Work toward monthly production goals while maintaining compliance with company policies.
