Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a fully remote opportunity. You will work directly with prospective clients, assess their needs, present life insurance and financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

This role offers access to qualified leads, marketing resources, ongoing training, and support. Earnings are performance-based with no base salary, and opportunities for leadership roles may arise based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
