Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for remote work. You will identify client needs, present life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the sales process to drive performance-based earnings.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, access to qualified leads, and ongoing training. You will work with products from multiple carriers and have room to grow into leadership and sales management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
• Assist clients through the application process
