Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated, 1099 life insurance sales professionals for a fully remote opportunity. You will manage your own pipeline of families requesting coverage, set appointments, and guide clients through options from discovery to underwriting.

You’ll receive exclusive leads, direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and ongoing compliance support, with a weekly team call and scripts for coaching.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state life insurance license.
• Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.
• Experience in selling life insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop.
• Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
