Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You will manage your own pipeline of clients, set appointments, and guide families through options, from discovery to underwriting. No salary, earnings are commission-based and tied to your production.

You’ll have exclusive carrier access, dedicated mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and a weekly team call with scripts and ride-alongs to help you grow your independent practice.

Qualifications

• Ability to run a business as an independent contractor.
• Own pipeline management and client follow-ups via CRM.
• Licensed or pursuing license to solicit life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people requesting information.
• Set appointments by phone or video and conduct discovery.
• Walk through options and apply with clients.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep clients informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Engage in ongoing training and compliance.
