Job summary

The Wood Agency Life in the United States is seeking a self-starting life insurance sales professional to work remotely as an independent contractor. You will manage your own client pipeline, set calls by phone or video, and guide clients through discovery to application while staying with them through underwriting and closing the sale.

You'll receive exclusive leads, direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and access to a supportive team through weekly calls and scripts.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business or freelancing is required.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and CRM.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop.
• Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
