Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-starters for a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. Manage your own pipeline and schedule, conduct discovery calls, and guide clients through underwriting and policy options.

You will work with exclusive leads, receive mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and participate in weekly team calls while building your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business or freelancing.
• Accountable for own results and time.
• State life insurance license or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Comfortable with web-based tools and a CRM.
• Straightforward with clients; trust is essential.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop.
• Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
