Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join as independent contractors (1099) selling life insurance remotely across the United States. You will manage a personal pipeline, schedule calls, and guide clients through discovery, options, and underwriting, while staying engaged with ongoing training and compliance.

You will operate as your own boss, with mentorship from Ben and Andrea, direct access to exclusive lead systems, and weekly team calls for

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or self-employment.
• State life insurance license or plan to obtain one before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of life insurance leads who requested information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions, then walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client in the loop.
