Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote life insurance sales role on a 1099 basis. Manage your own pipeline, set appointments, guide clients through options, and shepherd each case through underwriting with support from exclusive carriers.

You'll receive mentorship from Ben and Andrea, access to exclusive leads, and a weekly team call with scripts and ride-alongs as you build your independent agency at your own pace.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state life insurance license or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Comfortable with web-based tools and a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of life insurance inquiries.
• Set your own appointment schedule and conduct calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions and walk through suitable options with clients.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
