Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-starters for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will manage your own pipeline and set appointments by phone or video, asking discovery questions and guiding clients through suitable options and applications.

You'll be backed by exclusive lead systems, direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and a weekly team call with scripts and ride-alongs to support ongoing growth in a compliant, client-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business or freelancing and owning your results.
• Licensed life insurance professional or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who requested information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and conduct calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions and walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
