The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You will manage your own pipeline, set appointments, and guide clients through options from initial discovery to underwriting.

This position offers exclusive carrier access and mentorship from Ben and Andrea, with weekly team calls and ongoing compliance training. You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and either hold or pursue a state life license.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Accountability for your own results and your own time.
• State life insurance license, or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop.
• Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
