The Wood Agency Life is seeking a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales specialist. You will guide families who requested information through licensing steps when needed and help them apply.

Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, asking focused questions to uncover needs, and documenting progress in the CRM. Training and mentorship are provided with access to multiple carriers and ongoing compliance support.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, support, or call-center work where listening came first.
• Patient explaining unfamiliar details clearly and without sounding rehearsed.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state.
• A computer, a phone, and reliable internet.
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Return calls from people who have already asked about life insurance.
• Listen first to learn goals and concerns before presenting options.
• Explain options and complete the application together with the client.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM to ensure follow-up isn’t missed.
• Check in with each client while the carrier reviews their application.
• Keep learning products, carriers, and state rules through training.
