Work is self-directed with flexible scheduling. You will learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training and mentorship from the agency leaders.

Qualifications

• Background in trades, construction, or field service.
• State life insurance license or plan to obtain one.
• Ability to work independently with scheduling.
• Willingness to learn quoting tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inquiries and set appointments by phone or video.
• Discuss household needs before quoting and scope jobs.
• Explain coverage options and complete the application with clients.
• Guide cases through underwriting and update clients.
• Log calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through training.
