Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking dynamic sales professionals for its COREBRIDGE DIRECT team to provide life insurance information to customers by phone, perform quotes online, and guide clients through the purchasing process.

You will conduct suitability analyses nationwide, build client rapport, and address objections while meeting monthly goals. Training, licensing support, and a fast-paced, compliant environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products.
• Establish rapport with clients and address objections to facilitate sales.
