Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients about life insurance, assess needs, and present suitable options. The role is a remote, performance-based independent contractor opportunity with schedule flexibility and growth potential.

You will engage clients via phone/virtual meetings, guide them through applications, and maintain CRM records while upholding license and compliance standards. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable engaging clients by phone and video.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM platform.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
