AO Globe Life is expanding and seeks Client Services Associates for a 100% remote, independent contractor role. You will engage with warm leads, receive training and mentorship, and help individuals make informed protection decisions.

This position offers commission-based earnings with uncapped potential, ongoing coaching, and licensing guidance; candidates must be US-based, 18+, able to provide their own equipment, and complete required pre-licensing coursework.

Qualifications

• Remote, independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide own computer and reliable internet; complete required training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective clients and schedule appointments.
• Conduct virtual needs-based conversations and explain insurance options.
• Recommend life, health, and accident coverage.
• Follow up with clients to keep communications clear and timely.
