Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates in a 100% remote, independent contractor role. You will engage with prospective clients, educate them on life, accident, and health options, and guide them through needs reviews and product recommendations.

Training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided, with compensation based on performance. Candidates must be 18+, own a computer and reliable internet, and complete licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable internet, and a suitable remote workspace.
• Obtain Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities.
• Complete pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
• No prior insurance experience required; training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads.
• Schedule virtual meetings and follow up consistently.
• Complete customer-focused needs reviews.
• Educate clients about insurance options and benefits.
• Recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide a professional, supportive experience from first conversation through follow-up.
