Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
• Must obtain Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities
• Willing to complete pre-licensing coursework and state licensing requirements at candidate’s expense
• Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Comfortable learning new technology and managing responsibilities independently

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals, families, union members, and association members
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Review insurance needs and explain benefit options clearly
• Follow up with clients to ensure questions are answered
