Job summary

AO – Globe Life is seeking Remote Benefits Sales Representatives to join a U.S.-based team. This 100% remote role blends customer service, relationship building, and education to help families choose life, accident, and health coverage.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing development. Expect virtual client appointments, structured onboarding, and a performance-based compensation plan with weekly commissions and renewals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam and microphone.
• Ability to work remotely from home with professional workspace.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License where required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist clients through the application and enrollment process and provide ongoing follow-up.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation.
• Deliver consultative sales while prioritizing customer service and relationship-building.
